OmniTrax handles the day-to-day records of your workshop — customers, invoices, payroll. Here is how we protect it.
Your business data is stored in Australia (Sydney region). It never leaves the country except where a feature explicitly depends on an overseas provider — see our Privacy Policy for the full list, including AI document reading, which is processed in the US.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) between your browser and our servers, and at rest in our database and file storage.
Every login belongs to a role (owner, admin, staff) that controls what it can see and do. You decide who on your team gets access to pricing, payroll, and accounts — not everyone needs to see everything.
Changes to sensitive records — pricing, payroll, user access — are logged against the login that made them, so you can see who did what and when.
If you believe you've found a security issue in OmniTrax, please email security@omnitrax.com.au with details. We ask that you give us a reasonable amount of time to investigate and fix an issue before disclosing it publicly. See also /.well-known/security.txt.
